UNITED NATIONS -- At least 20 people were killed and several wounded in a raid on an internally displaced persons (IDPs) site in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), UN humanitarians said on Monday.
The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said the attack near Drodro, in Djugu territory, Ituri is the fourth raid targeting largely internally displaced people in the province since Nov. 19. (UN-DRC-Casualties)

RAMALLAH -- Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammed Ishtaye on Monday condemned the visit of Israeli President Isaac Herzog to an Israeli settlement in the southern West Bank city of Hebron.

LOS ANGELES -- Four children and their grandmother were found fatally shot Sunday night inside a home in Lancaster in western U.S. state of California, authorities said Monday.
The incident was reported approximately 10:27 p.m. Sunday local time on the 3500 Block of Garnet Lane in Lancaster in northern Los Angeles County, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. (U.S.-Shooting)
